Phrase: To lick out
Common usage: Cunnilingus. To perform oral sex on a female partner e.g. “Dan licked out Erica” or “Rebecca wants Marcus to lick her out“.
Rare usage: To annoy. To cause stress and/or anger e.g. “This Traffic is seriously licking me out” or “My little brother really licks me out“.
Phrase: Piss on me
Common usage: Literal. To urinate on a person e.g. “Felix pissed on Daniel” or “Marcus is about to piss on Patrick“
Rare Usage: Derivation of ‘take the piss’. To annoy, irritate, disobey, or disregard e.g. “That kid really takes the piss” or “Don’t you dare try to piss all over this situation“.
End Result: With these phrases securely in mind, I have nothing but respect for my brother and his Royal Air Force regiment cohorts for not laughing hysterical when an ‘R. Lee Ermey-esque’ drill instructor recently screamed the phrase “If you piss on my face, I will lick you out.”

I can just imagine! Lesson, if you’re going to use filthy language, at least know what it means.
